I'm more an analogue guy since 1986 and this is the first digital keyboard that's really grabbed me. I've had the Iridium keyboard less than a month and it's among my all time favourite synths. Glad to know new features and updates are coming. Just sharing my experience in case it helps someone. From now on, I turn it off when not in use and the screen has been fine since. So, after about 2 years of being mostly powered on, the screen has decided this is not a good thing. After about 3 days of leaving it off, the screen returned to normal. On that next day, I turned it on and the white was now just an oval in the middle of the screen with the rest of the screen looking normal. I turned it back on after a couple of hours and the screen was still white, but the edges of the screen were more normal, sort of like a vignette. Looking closer, I could see that the graphics and text were still there as normal, it was just hard to see because of the white screen. A week or so ago I went to use it and noticed that the screen had gone completely white. For the most part, I have not had any of the issues I have been reading about that others have had, even though I leave it powered up most of the time. It was a demo unit that I got a good deal on. I have had my Iridium for about 2 years now. ![]()
